Our teachers are more than just bendy bodies and soothing voices (though, yes, they’ve got those too). They’re real, grounded, passionate humans who bring their full selves to the mat—whether that means guiding you through your first downward dog, helping you breathe through a tough day, or making you laugh mid plank pose.

From fiery vinyasa to meditative breathwork, each of our instructors brings a unique flavor—but they all share one mission: to create a space where you can show up as you are, move how you need, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
