Meditation & Breathwork

30 min Meditation + Breathwork: This class offers an exploration of breathwork and meditation, tailored to the energy of the group each day. You’ll have the option to lean into grounding, calming practices or choose more uplifting and energizing techniques—whatever feels most supportive in the moment. Together, we’ll harness the power of the breath and the focus of the mind to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and leave you feeling revitalized.

Breathwork for Resilience & Regulation: Science-backed tools to train your nervous system and navigate life with more ease. In this guided breathwork class, you’ll learn how to use your breath as a bridge between body and mind- supporting emotional balance, recovery, and performance. This is not just about feeling calm (though that happens too); it’s about understanding the physiology of your breath and how to work with it intentionally. We’ll explore topics like:

  • Light nasal breathing to improve CO₂ tolerance and support everyday regulation

  • Cyclic breath patterns (aka controlled hyperventilation) for safe nervous system activation and stress adaptation

  • Grounding tools and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) for downshifting into recovery

  • Simple at-home protocols to build consistency and resilience over time

You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how breath affects the nervous system, oxygen delivery, focus, and emotional state- backed by insights from respiratory physiology and neuroscience. Whether you’re managing stress, training for performance, or seeking more ease through life’s ups and downs, this class offers practical tools to help you breathe with purpose. All levels welcome. Dynamic Meditation: A powerful, active meditation method designed to help release pent-up energy and clear the mind. Moving through five distinct stages—chaotic breathing, cathartic expression, dynamic movement, stillness, and celebration—you’ll shake loose what no longer serves you and create space for clarity, presence, and joy.

Free & By-Donation Classes

Community Class: A donation based class that supports our mutual aid initiatives. This 45 minute flow class is meant to offer a little dip into the kulasphere. Class may range from slower to more moderate vinyasa and closes with a soothing savasana.

Queer Yoga: Free affinity class for folks who identify anywhere along the LGBTQIA2S+ spectrum! Class will include 45 minutes of a moderately paced vinyasa flow and conclude with 15 minutes of open sharing.

Fat Yoga:  Free affinity class! In this welcoming, weight-neutral space, fat is simply a descriptor—never a judgment. This class is designed to honor and support the many beautiful ways bodies exist, move, and feel. You’ll receive customized guidance and options to help you explore yoga in a way that works for you, whether that means adapting poses, using props, or celebrating rest as a powerful choice. Together, we create a practice rooted in respect, curiosity, and joy in our bodies exactly as they are.

By-Donation After Hours Social Lounge (BDAHSL): Our free or donation-based After Hours Social Lounge gatherings are relaxed, community-centered evenings with less structure than our paid workshops. Think cozy vibes: come and go as you please, enjoy snacks and tea, and dip into whatever’s happening that night—maybe crafting, improv, silent reading, or a game night. Each week brings a new theme, announced at least a week in advance, so there’s always something fresh to look forward to!

Yoga

Flow: An approachable, steady-paced class that blends simple sequences with clear guidance. Build strength, balance, and flexibility while learning foundational postures and transitions, with plenty of options to adjust for your body and experience level.

Power Flow: This energizing, full-body vinyasa practice is designed to awaken your mind, build strength, and boost vitality. This dynamic flow links breath with movement and the wind down includes gentle breathwork and meditation. Expect creative sequences, empowering poses, and uplifting music to help you step off the mat feeling strong, clear, and inspired.

Flow State Alchemy: Slow Flow + HypnoBreathwork®: A gentle vinyasa practice to open the body and quiet the mind, culminating in a 10-minute HypnoBreathwork® journey. This closing practice blends breath, visualization, and subconscious reprogramming to guide you into a deep flow state—where movement, mind, and spirit align.

Sunday Sadhana: "Sadhana" (SAH-DUH-NUH) is a Sanskrit term that refers to a daily spiritual practice. This 75-minute class integrates the full spectrum of yoga: pranayama (breathwork) to awaken and balance energy, asana to mobilize and invigorate the body, and meditation to quiet the mind. This well-rounded class supports physical vitality, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to self.

Flow & Restore with Sound Bath: Begin with a gentle flow to warm and awaken the body, then melt into restorative poses supported by cozy props. The class closes with a soothing sound bath, allowing a comforting vibration to wash over you for deep rest and renewal.

Philosophy Flow: Move through an intentional flow practice interwoven with yoga philosophy. Each class explores a theme or teaching, applying ancient wisdom into modern life while you connect breath, movement, and mindful reflection. Breathwork and meditation complement this well-rounded class.

Slow Burn: Build inner and outer strength through longer holds and mindful, deliberate movement. This steady-paced practice challenges endurance, deepens focus, and invites you to meet each posture with presence and power.

Chakra Flow: A dynamic yet grounding practice that moves through sequences inspired by the body’s seven chakras. Each class blends movement, breath, and intention to support balance, energy flow, and deeper mind–body connection.

Integrative Yoga: Rooted in a blend of yogic and other wisdom traditions—drawing heavily from Tantra and Bhakti yoga, as well as nature, the human experience, and the wider world—this practice weaves together body, mind, and heart. Each class begins with a grounding meditation and an introduction to the day’s theme, followed by an asana practice and a closing integration. Both embodied and contemplative, and accessible to mixed levels, these classes are designed to help you (re)connect with your truest self.

Flow & Meditate: Move through a balanced vinyasa flow to energize and open the body, then settle into a short guided meditation to quiet the mind and ground your practice.

Slow Flow & Meditate: A steady, unhurried practice that flows between gentle and strong, blending slow-moving sequences with guided breathwork, mindful walking, and intentional pauses for deep listening and grounding.

BUTI: A high-energy fusion of power yoga, cardio, and dance. This upbeat, music-driven class is designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling empowered while connecting mind, body, and spirit through joyful, rhythmic movement.

Fitness

Pilates & Resistance Training: Blend the mindful strength of Pilates with the added challenge of resistance bands. This class builds stability, mobility, and full-body strength, with options to adjust intensity so the workout meets your needs.

HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training blends short bursts of challenging effort with active recovery for an efficient, full-body workout. Build strength, boost endurance, and get your heart pumping—with options to scale intensity for all fitness levels.

Max HIIT: Reach your max in this conditioning circuit class! Expect to give your all for 30, 45 and 60-second bursts before set breaks. This ever-changing bodyweight workout will build fitness and amp up your vitality. All levels welcome, with modifications provided. Just be ready to move!

Pilates: An uplifting, low-impact movement practice to help students feel strong, mobile, and empowered. Through intentional exercises and mindful repetition, we’ll build balanced strength and flexibility that can be carried into everyday life.

Good Morning Rave: A free-form, upbeat, music-driven movement experience with no choreography and no judgment. You can dance, you can stretch, you can sit or lay in stillness. Move in whatever way feels good. Release stress and connect with your body and the beat in this welcoming, open-hearted space. Class closes with a short integration with your choice of either a brief meditation or savasana.

Ecstatic Dance: A free-form, music-driven movement experience inspired by the Five Rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. With no choreography and no judgment, you’re free to move in whatever way feels good, release stress, and connect with your body and the beat in a welcoming, open-hearted space.
