Experience how sound can deepen awareness and devotion in practice

Nepalese Shamanic Journey
Nepalese Shamanic Journey
$17 Full Access Member
$27 Drop In
A Shamanic Journey is an ancient practice dating back to the pre-religion times of animism. Shamanic Journeying uses traditional drumming to effortlessly induce deep meditative states of consciousness without the use of any substances. While in these deep meditative states we can experience healing, emotional release, pattern recognition, wisdom from guides/ancestors, enhanced overall wellbeing, and even mystical visions. In modern times we are so caught up in surviving day to day that we forget the more subtle realms and energies that are unseen around us all of the time. We begin each journey by honoring these unseen energies, our ancestors, and the elemental spirits of earth, water, fire, wind and ether (space). We will set an intention for our journey together after a brief introduction and explanation of the practice to receive the most benefits from our session. The beat of the drum shifts our consciousness toward the spiritual realms and allows us to expand beyond our normal awareness. The science behind these practices lies in the trance inducing beat of the drum, when we listen to repeated drumming our brains shift from our waking state into a deep meditative state. Shamanic Journeys can provide profound healing, new insights and awareness in our life that help us to see life from a renewed perspective which leads to new solutions and experiences.
All are welcome, no previous experience necessary!

Nervous system Reset: 4 Week Breathwork Immersion (Copy)
Nervous System Reset: 4 Week Breathwork Immersion
This four-week nervous system reset series blends breathwork, physiology, and embodied awareness to help you feel more grounded, steady, and at home in your body. Each session is a one-hour experience that combines education with guided practice. Think of it as taking your respiratory system to the gym. You will learn how everyday breathing habits quietly shape your baseline, influencing focus, mood, sleep, and how easily you become overwhelmed. As these practices become familiar, your body naturally begins to choose calmer and more efficient breathing patterns on its own.
In class, we will train different muscles of the breath system: nasal mechanics for calm and clarity, slow-breathing protocols to build resilience, and CO₂ tolerance work to expand your capacity during both emotional and physical stress. We will also strengthen the actual breathing muscles (the diaphragm and intercostals) so your breath becomes more efficient, stable, and supportive during daily life. You will explore how breath influences recovery, supports better sleep, and strengthens interoception, the ability to feel and respond to your body’s signals. Many participants notice changes like settling more quickly after stress, sleeping more easily, having fewer ruminating thoughts, or feeling steadier during challenging moments. Between sessions, you will receive short daily exercises that reinforce these patterns so they become automatic.
By the end of the series, you will not only understand the science behind nervous system regulation, you will also feel the effects in your daily life. You will walk away with a practical toolkit that supports calmer mornings, clearer focus, deeper sleep, and a wider window of tolerance for emotional and physical demands. With consistent use, these techniques help build a more adaptable nervous system, a more intuitive connection to your body, and a reliable pathway back to regulation whenever you need it.

The Metaphysics of Yoga: Subtle Body
The Metaphysics of Yoga: Subtle Body
So much focus in the wellness practices is on the gross physical body. By being aware of and working with prana, the vital energy, within the body we can help ourselves achieve radiant health and wellbeing not only in a physical sense but mentally and emotionally as well.
This workshop will explore how the yoga practices work within the subtle body, moving, clearing and expanding energy to help us achieve higher states of consciousness and a healthier state of being in both mind and body. We will begin with discussion/discourse on the power and knowledge of the practices; then move into the practices themselves which will include asana, pranayama, deep relaxation, and meditation.
About the Facilitator:
Lyn Sellers is a forever student and lives her yoga to the best of her ability. She is still in awe of how the practices have transformed her life and continue to open her to the possibilities that they hold. Lyn received her 500hr, 800hr , and 1000hr teacher training through the Dharma Yoga Center. She has had the honor and blessing to serve as a mentor and teacher at the DYC Life of a Yogi Teacher Trainings. She is the former co-owner of Dharma Yoga Vermont in Johnson.

This circle is intended for all who identify with or are exploring womanhood — including cis and trans women, and nonbinary folks who feel called to connect with feminine energy and lunar cycles.
Moon Circles are spaces of magic and connection. We gather around a beautiful altar of crystals, herbs, oracle cards, candles, and other items that represent personal and collective power and love.
For two hours, we leave behind the outside world and all of the pressures that weigh on us. We share openly, authentically, and vulnerably as we sit with who we are and who we are becoming. Every circle is different, but they all include a mix of ritual, journaling, group activities, and meditation. Circle is an opportunity to release yourself from expectations and to flow with the love of the collective.
Finding Pleasure in the Body You’re in
Finding Pleasure in the Body You’re in
So often we're told that we can find pleasure when... when we lose x pounds, when we "sculpt" our bodies, when we "get lean," when we change our bodies. In this workshop, we'll explore how to find pleasure in the bodies we're in right now, without needing to change anything.
The 90 minute workshop will start with a guided group meditation. Then we'll explore moving our bodies in ways that actually feel good, rather than moving in the ways we think we should. We'll move through a slow-flow Vinyasa practice together, with plenty of space to explore each shape and find variations that feel good in your body.
We'll end our practice with another guided meditation, focusing on cultivating pleasure.
After practice (last 30+ minutes of the workshop) attendees are invited to mingle and check out a curated selection of pleasure-focused products, books, and resources from Earth+Salt.
Facilitator Bios:
Beth Hankes (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Earth and Salt, the modern adult store, an AASECT-certified Sex Educator, and coach at Earth and Salt Sex Education Coaching.

With Earth and Salt, her goals are to normalize sex and pleasure, provide vital sex education, and champion other business owners and sexuality professionals, especially those from marginalized groups.
Robin Zabiegalski (they/them) is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in Accessible Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. They have been teaching yoga for almost seven years and practicing on and off for nearly two decades. Robin is also a sales associate and educator at Earth+Salt, as well as a freelance writer specializing in sexual health. They're passionate about exploring the intersections between embodiment and pleasure, destigmatizing sex and pleasure, and helping people make peace with their bodies and minds so they can live authentically.

FAQs
This sounds fun, but I don’t have any experience? That’s fine! This is geared toward beginners.
Do I need to bring a partner, or can I sign-up on my own? Either. We will be dancing as a big class, and sometimes in smaller groups of two or three people. Definitely bringing a friend would be great. We will be mainly dancing all together in a fun shuffle community.
Do I need any kind of special shuffle shoes? This is a great question. For our class we will be dancing in socks. Of course, out on the dance floor at a concert, in does help to have shoes that can slide easily on the floor and are light, but you can really dance in practically any shoes.
Whether you’re a total beginner or already love to dance, everyone is welcome!
By the end, you’ll be ready to shuffle at your favorite concert, festival, or night out — and shine like a star on the dance floor. ?
Don’t just stand there — dance!

January Full Moon Circle
Full Wolf Moon In Cancer with Casey
Suggested donation: $17
Full Moon in Cancer • First Full Moon of the Year
Closing the Year of the Snake • Threshold to the Fire Horse
This first full moon of the year rises in the nurturing waters of Cancer, illuminating our emotional landscape, ancestral memory, and the places within us that long to feel safe, seen, and held. Cancer’s lunar glow draws buried truths to the surface, inviting tenderness, release, and the reclaiming of inner sanctuary.
This moon also marks the final full moon of the Year of the Snake—a threshold moment in the life–death–life cycle. The Snake teaches deep shedding: releasing expired identities, unraveling outdated narratives, and consciously letting go of what no longer carries life. Under this illumination, we honor the Snake’s final shedding, acknowledging what we are ready to lay to rest as this cycle completes.
What we surrender now becomes the compost for the year ahead.
As we prepare to enter the Year of the Fire Horse, a year of fierce momentum, authenticity, and wild-hearted freedom, this full moon acts as the emotional reset before ignition. The Fire Horse gallops forward with clarity and unburdened truth—so this is the perfect moment to lighten the load and re-align with your inner compass.
Aligned with the number 1 in Chinese numerology, this moon anchors new beginnings, fresh identity, and the primal spark of initiation. It invites us to step into the new year with intention, courage, and embodied self-trust.
What to Expect in the Full Moon Circle
Grounding + Embodied Arrival
We begin by settling into the space with a guided grounding practice—connecting with breath, body, and the soft inner waters of Cancer. This helps everyone land, release the day, and attune to the energy of the moon and the moment.
Reflection + Inner Inquiry
You’ll be guided through reflective prompts that explore:
What has been shed during the Year of the Snake
What emotional patterns or stories feel complete
What truths are rising within you
What seeds you want to plant as you move toward the Fire Horse year
This is a gentle space for introspection, awareness, and honoring your emotional wisdom.
Release Ritual + Renewal
Together, we’ll take part in a ritual to consciously release what you are ready to let go of—symbolically closing the year’s cycle. Then we turn toward renewal, setting intentions that carry the spark of “1”: clarity, empowerment, and new beginnings.
This ritual may include breathwork, symbolic offering, written release, or a moment at the communal altar.
Empowered Flow + Reflection
